Illumination plays an important part in the lighting of any hologram.

With these Spectrum tiles one hard, spectral light creates one set of fine, cross hatch of rainbow lines about 2” apart. Soften the light and the lines widen and become diffuse. Two lights create two sets of cross hatch lines and so on.
